I might have a starter that will work, I'll put some photos up tomorrow and you can have a look. :drink:

Thanks but don't worry too much, i bit the bullet and ordered a new one from moto electrical. under £100 delivered so i'm pleased with that.
looking forward to getting the engine up after it's mini rebuild.
