Hello, I'm trying to source a supplier of seating vinyl that can supply me a marine grade vinyl that is both heat-sealed into pleats and also supply it in plain with no pleats. I know I can get an upholsterer to stitch in the pleats, but living in Scotland, I'm not keen in having rain water soaking through stitch holes into the foam (or whatever the material is) base. My challenge is that when I have managed to source a vinyl of the correct colour (a sort of apricot / burnt orange colour), with heat-sealed pleats, they don't do the same colour in plain vinyl.
