I try and find how much i paid but if you register with Irish ferries they usually do 25% to 40% deals off in about January sale deals,

i just checked on website i got about £350 if go on in the week and from hollyhead north wales

I would not book yet because things can still change on dates

i remember booking one year with MG club and got extra 10% off and something off the hotel etc on a group booking, i let you know more when i make contact with the club again

Hi everyone i found some details of the Mg trip i did few years a go, they doing the same this year details above on hotel and ferry, i will contact the travel company and see if we can do us a deal on the weak after and post some details on the members section once i get some more details.

I just wondering if we could have a Irish event a week earlier so we could take advantage of the Mg organized event and cheaper ferry :wot: crossing and hotel bookins,
It only a thought. :wot:

Me and Charl have booked the dates at work already :D Just got to save enough money to actually do the trip :(

Nobodies getting christmas presents this year. The dogs aren't getting feed either :shock: Even I'm on food rashoning. Lost a stone so far!!!

Hi i rang the mg holiday club up and they would do us a deal on the ferry crossing and boat up to 4 meters long staying in fours star hotel for four nights accommodation in Donegal some meals included coming back following weakened after for £625 per person and boat

that price is based on going the weak before bank holiday and coming back on the bank holiday Monday

They would put other deals together but we need to know lot more info

Also you don`t need a MG.

What is included:
• Return cruise ferry crossings from Holyhead to Dublin Port with Stena Line
• Hotel accommodation for 4 nights in a double or twin room at the 5 star Lough Eske castle Hotel, Donegal, on a bed & breakfast basis

That hotel is the "Bee's Knees". Top notch place. The only thing is that's about two hours drive from Carraig-on-Shannon :hmmm:

yes a good hotel......but two hours ( min ) from Carrick on Shannon

also, our dates are from & including Sat 4th May.


I am attending a meeting on Sat 1st Dec re this event & hope to have more updates.
