Well, I never thought the day would come when I can say "It will be launch day soon " after almost 6 years of hard work (on and off)
loads of stress,
umpteen 3 steps forward and 5 back,
at last, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel !
we had it running today for quite some time.. turn the key and the lump of the 6 pot Ford roars into life ! with all water systems connected, and ... the clutch system actually works a treat ( was dreading this bit )
and by way of a miracle, it goes into gear ( no crunching either)
(both forward and reverse )
here's a few pics just before I retired for the day. (windscreen is next
) .. will be trying it without floor boards, seats or side panels at first, to check for leaks etc. then, if mission successful, "furniture" with then be installed
