spiboot taifun 1964 is ready

Post by tinus »

After a cold winter and a warm summer hard labour my Spiboot is finished. Very content in how colours worked out and lots of thumbs up.
Goes perfect with a 3 cilinder 2 stroke Yamaha, 53 km/h.

And this is the next project. Also a Spiboot but with an inboard V4 2 stroke engine. Built bij OMC in 1962/63 and where the firts steps of omc into inboard engines. Now we have to see it will start and run well.

Very nice. Thought of you when I saw this on ebay. Know they're difficult to find these days...
