We just lost out booking an inside table at the Jolly Sailor. They don't book outside under the awning on the pontoon ( - see sat map on 1st post), so they agreed to my suggestion that we get there at 11h30 (they open at 12h00) and bag the 'awninged' section and admire our boats. Numbers for Sun 15th

Please let me know if there are any more takers for the run on Sunday - even if your boat is still in project stage and you want to join for lunch - I need to make a booking at the Jolly Sailor and make sure their pontoon is available too. So far we have 7 boats and 13 people all wanting a shakedown...

Itchin and Scratchin run - March 15th

Here are the details:- Launchsite is: Crosshouse Road, Southampton, S014. 9h30 meet in carpark. The slipway is shallow but wide (and slippery....) it has no mooring / pontoon facilities, so we'll work out a launch sequence on the day that sees the deeper draft and more fagile boats looked after. htt...

Hi Stephen, they typically chemical strip these boats or blast with soft media, sand blasting is just too invasive. There are other ways, so stick around and check your post, as the local experts will help out. Jelly mould bow lamps are very very difficult to get hold of, is worthwhile hunting on eb...
