I see from their web site the CMBA is exhibiting again this year, but not seen anything about it on the forums...unless im looking in the wrong place which is quite possible.

An alternative may be Hamble Point Marina, they charge about £25 for use of the slipway etc, but its normally quite quiet for the same reason

Have run the Javelin over to Cowes a few times, but you need a good flat day, altho you do get those in Nov!
