Presume its a longshaft. My new galvanised spare wheel and brand new tyre arrived from this company in the Netherlands today (2 weeks from order) - http://www.westhoffaanhangwagens.nl/ - really helpful for all US trailer stuff and plenty of spares for American trailers. English is OK but it's polite to use Google translate....

You can also use the search facility. top right. :thumbsup: search on cable steering wire rope steering or drum steering. So much stuff on this subject over the years. I have always found it very useful
