Moonfleet Aquila weight
Hi Guys.. Any idea what a Moonfleet Aquila weighs with a Zephyr 6 engine in it ? got to buy a new trailer before she goes anywhere ! do you think a 750KG trailer with 13 inch wheels do it ? and can anyone point me in the right diretion for good prices on Galv. trailers ?

I'm hoping to be on the water tomorrow in the Bristol Floating Harbour. :perfect: The day licence allows you to use the facilities and visitor moorings in the Floating Harbour, and go down the Avon as far as Henham Lock (about 6 miles). :wot: Must remember to keep below 6 knots - no plan...

Hi Tremlett yes... I'l still order two ... nice to know that Twister still does the straps too ! so Twister if you see this , get your needle and thread out ! Blue webbing straps please cheers Ian

Hi Al, Hmmm you got me thinking now :hmmm: the stern sides does seem to be a problem dont they ! those lowfreeboard fenders should be ok for the part where the step plate is though ? if so i've only got to sort the rear "wings" for protection ! : :grrr: and after what you commented on about mooring ...

funny thing you should say that about not being suitable for the Aquila.. :hmmm: but I have two with the Healey so tried them earlier today especially on the curved Gunwhales on her and they seem to sit quite nicely on there :perfect: which surprised me :o cos I was thinking the same as you Rapier ....
