Lubriplate 105

This is now rebranded as assembly grease. Same stuff though, for antique outboard gearcases (that don't take conventional gear oil), also including pre 1962 Mercurys.

Does anyone have the spec. for this? - probably old school tech and a calcium based soap - would help if we had an NGLI grade from an old tin but I still have some contacts with the old firm, and there must be a modern equivalent with better additives.

NLGI is No 0. The old pack (pre assembly grease) said it could be used as a general multipurpose waterproof grease in guns, locks, hinges etc, etc
