Outboad Cover foam

Hi i have just cleaned out my new engines cover and found a lot of rotting old oily foam like material that was stuck to the in-sided of the cover.Would any one know the correct name for it and were i could buy it please.

It's called sound deadening foam,when it gets old it becomes crumbly and can mess up your carbs so make sure you get it all out.Some car audio shops sell a foil blanket with glue on the back that works well I think it's called DYNAMAT but there are a lot of others you can use like the stuff under the bonnet of your car.

I've used the stuff they make camping mats out of in the past, it always seemed OK.
