Hand Throttle

Post by Scandal »

Hi

Does anyone have a hand throttle suitable for use on a Delta, or do you know where I might obtain one, thank you.

Hi Al,

All my Deltas have hand throttles which is just a stainless bar welded to a large washer. This mounts onto a bolt with a friction washer welded to a small plate.
If you get stuck I'll make you one.

Hi Paul

Sounds like the very thing.

I completely understood everything perfectly up to 'just' after which you mentioned things like welding and so forth which is a little out of my technical range and equipment (small screwdriver and a hammer).

If I can't find an existing part, I would indeed be very appreciative of your help.

Trust you and the family are well and enjoying the bracing coastal breeze in your neck of the woods.

No probs at all, just ring me if its needed.

Weather has been very good here so far, had quite a few outings to the river, even managed to recruit a new member!

Best to you both.

Hi Paul

Thank you, that's great. My address is the same as on the magazine.

Kind regards
