ray wright delta 1500cc cooling system

hi i recently bought a delta boat with a precrossflow engine, the boat was already in bits and i am wondering how the cooling system is connected. i have two water fittings in the bottom of the boat i presume for water in water out then also a one on the side of the boat, dont know what this ones for. the engine also has a water cooled exhaust and water cooled sump, any help would be appreciated as i have 4 intakes/outlets and only one pump etc.
