For the record I asked the previous owner (now the owner again) to re measure. It measures at 18ft so I would guess that since 2 people have come up with Romney Raider from Romney Powerboats, I guess that's what it is.

The owner has agreed to refund my purchase as I wanted minimum 20ft.

If anyone has a project for sale on a trailer 20ft or 21ft please get in touch.
