Edging and finishing plywood

Post by solitaire »

I hope this may help some members - I spent ages trying to find a bendy edging material for the 12/13mm ply with veneer that I use when refurbishing boats, a plastic T section that would tap or glue into a slot milled in the end of the ply, - my thoughts went back to the 70's when Fjord, and Coronett used something similar to finish all of their ply panelling - and I eventually came up with this company - "Ney Ltd" or http://www.ney.co.uk - they are a big multinational - dealing with the trade - but I did manage to get some 50m lengths of a wood finish, some red and some blue, (picture attatched of blue on the Avenger - well worth a look - they have a huge range of edging (widths colours thickness) - Good Luck
