Indespension has these at £5, or free with a £50 + purchase. It's a glorified parts manual, but has huge info about trailer law + EEU regs, starting to tow, tow bars, a list of common vehicle limits, preventing theft, maintenance of different types including bearing maintenance, brake setting, changing cables, rods, general servicing, blah, blah. Well worth it IMO.
Fasten bra straps and remove dentures...
