I replaced the floor in my Gemini and used the following,

One layer of 600csm over the ply floor(6mm wood)

3ltr/5kg of resin/flocoat (was enough to re-coat/paint interior)

I can find out the brand/name of the flocoat but it was old and had been sitting in a corner of the factory for years.

If you look on www.ishopmarine.com there is a huge amount of Merc data , there is a section that relates props to engines and boat size giving speed and rpm guides.

Hi Russ, The stator and charging coils are mounted under the flywheel onto the 5 threaded holes , note the there horse shoe shape (see photos in are emails), provided the mounting points are the same they should bolt on.
