Enjoying the sunshine and showers?

Well, our season got off to a damp atart at Basildon but since then the weather has really bucked its ideas up. Chertsey was great, as was Loch Lomond, the three days of Beale Park Boat Show was sun on, sun off, sun on, and Hayling Island sunny with a bit of a breeze. Fingers crossed now for the River Soar run ...

Please don't forget the Cholmondeley 'Pageant of Power' - full details on the forum.

Motorboat Museum

Throughout the twentieth century, some of the world's fastest and most revolutionary motorboats were designed and built in Britain. The best of these extraordinary machines are preserved at the Museum.

You can trace the history of these fascinating craft from the early days of steam launches right up to the latest state of the art offshore powerboats.

Why not enjoy a visit to the Museum in the beautiful surroundings of Wat Tyler Country Park and make a real day of it!"
